Key Responsibilities (KRA):

outbound calls
to potential customers for bulk and retail orders

Handle
inbound inquiries
and provide product details & pricing

Follow up on
leads and past customers
for repeat business

Maintain
customer records & order details
accurately

Ensure
excellent customer service
and build long-term relationships

Work closely with the
sales & marketing team
to drive revenue
