Collaborate with real estate agents, property developers, and builders to generate loan leads. Participate in promotional events, property expos, and marketing campaigns to attract new clients. Customer Engagement and Consultation Understand customer requirements, financial background, and property details. Explain loan products, interest rates, EMI structures, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements. Build trust by offering transparent information and addressing customer queries. Loan Application and Processing Assist customers in filling out loan application forms. Collect and verify necessary documents (KYC, income proofs, property papers, etc.). Coordinate with internal teams for processing, credit appraisal, and verification. Ensure accurate data entry into systems and track application progress. Sales Target Achievement Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Upsell and cross-sell related products such as insurance, top-up loans, or balance transfer options. Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients to ensure continuous business flow. Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with clients by offering post-sales support. Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to update them on loan status and approvals. Develop partnerships with real estate and channel partners for sustained business generation. Market Intelligence Keep track of competitor loan products, interest rates, and offers. Provide feedback to management on customer needs, trends, and competitor activities. Suggest new strategies for improving sales performance and customer acquisition. Required Skills Technical Skills Understanding of home loan products, credit evaluation, and banking processes. Knowledge of financial documents and compliance requirements. Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel/Word), and loan management software. Sales and Marketing Skills Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Ability to explain complex financial terms in simple, customer-friendly language. Confidence in conducting field visits, cold calls, and client meetings. Customer Service Skills Patience and empathy while handling customer concerns. Ability to manage objections and resolve issues effectively. Commitment to delivering a positive customer experience. Soft Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills.
