Communication Skills Clear and persuasive verbal and written communication. Ability to engage candidates and represent the organization positively. 4. Negotiation and Persuasion Skill in convincing candidates to consider job opportunities. Ability to balance candidate expectations with company policies during salary discussions. 5. Screening and Assessment Abilities Ability to identify the right skills, attitudes, and cultural fit for specific roles. Competency in conducting structured interviews and evaluations. 6. Time Management and Multitasking Managing multiple open positions simultaneously without compromising quality. Meeting hiring deadlines effectively. 7. Relationship Management Building long-term relationships with candidates for future opportunities. Maintaining strong coordination with hiring managers and HR teams. 8. Problem-Solving Skills Ability to overcome hiring challenges such as talent shortages or high drop-out rates. Quick adaptability to changing business needs. 9. Confidentiality and Professionalism Maintaining discretion in handling sensitive candidate and company information. Acting ethically in all recruitment processes. 10. Data Handling and Reporting Skills Proficiency in maintaining recruitment trackers and generating hiring reports.
