Commercial and Trade Marketing: - Drive promotional activities, trade marketing campaigns, and merchandising initiatives to increase brand visibility and sales volumes. - Analyze sales data and market insights to develop pricing strategies and promotional offers. - Collaborate with marketing teams to develop impactful marketing materials and POS displays for modern trade partners. 1. Operational Excellence: - Oversee all operational aspects related to modern trade sales, including forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction. 1. Relationship Management: - Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and internal teams. - Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to enhance brand presence and business opportunities. 1. Team Leadership and Development: - Manage a team of modern trade executives and ensure alignment with organizational goals. - Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to develop a high-performance sales team. - Conduct regular performance reviews, set objectives, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
