Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Regional Sales Head - MICE. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing and developing the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sales strategy. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing account management, leading a sales team, analyzing market trends, and driving sales growth. The Regional Sales Head will also be responsible for creating sales plans and ensuring targets are met. Qualifications - Strong Analytical Skills and Sales abilities - Experience in Account Management and Sales Management - Proven Team Management and leadership skills - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work on-site in Mumbai Maharashtra - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred - Experience in the travel and hospitality industry is a plus
