Job Description

Job Title: Business Account Intern (Operations)

Duration: 6 Months

Internship Stipend: 10,000 per month

PPO: Yes (Based on performance)

About NoBrokerHood: NoBrokerHood is a comprehensive society management platform by NoBroker. It streamlines daily operations for residential complexes by integrating features such as visitor management, payments, facility bookings, staff tracking, and complaint management all in one app.

Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Business Account Interns (Operations) who will be part of the customer onboarding and account servicing team. You will get hands-on experience working closely with internal teams and external clients, ensuring seamless delivery and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in onboarding new societies and clients onto the NoBrokerHood platform.

Act as a point of contact for operational queries from society committee members and residents.

Coordinate with internal departments (tech, sales, field ops) for issue resolution and project execution.

Monitor usage, engagement, and adoption metrics post onboarding.

Help in documentation, client reporting, and data management tasks.

Support senior account managers in day-to-day client servicing and escalation handling.

What Were Looking For:

Graduate or final-year student in any discipline (Operations/Business background preferred).

Comfortable with Field visit to Gated Residential Societies.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Two wheeler and Driving licence is Mandatory.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation tools.

Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
