Posting Title Pediatrician Industry Medical Salary 3LPM - 4 LPM Work Experience 0-1 year Summary We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Pediatrician to provide high-quality family-centered care to infants children and adolescents This role focuses on preventive health accurate diagnosis and timely intervention in both routine and emergency pediatric cases with opportunities for early-career growth in a supportive clinical environment Responsibilities Perform thorough physical exams and developmental assessments for pediatric patients Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions including infections allergies and chronic illnesses Administer vaccinations and maintain accurate immunization records in line with national guidelines Respond to pediatric emergencies with prompt evidence-based interventions Provide care in NICU and PICU settings including stabilization and coordination with multidisciplinary teams Offer clear empathetic counseling to parents on nutrition development behavior and preventive care Maintain precise medical records and adhere to documentation and regulatory standards Engage in ongoing learning and quality improvement activities to enhance clinical performance Requirements MBBS with MD DM in Pediatrics or equivalent postgraduate qualification Valid registration with the Medical Council of India MCI or relevant state medical council Foundational experience in pediatric diagnosis growth monitoring and developmental screening Training or exposure to pediatric emergency care and resuscitation protocols Experience or training in NICU PICU settings including ventilator management and critical care Familiarity with national immunization programs e g UIP CoWIN Strong communication skills and ability to connect with children and families Ability to perform under pressure with accuracy and compassion Proficiency in electronic medical records EMR and digital health platforms Commitment to ethical practice patient safety and continuous professional growth
