Provide care in NICU and PICU settings, including stabilization and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. Offer clear, empathetic counseling to parents on nutrition, development, behavior, and preventive care. Maintain precise medical records and adhere to documentation and regulatory standards. Engage in ongoing learning and quality improvement activities to enhance clinical performance. Requirements MBBS with MD/DM in Pediatrics or equivalent postgraduate qualification. Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or relevant state medical council. Foundational experience in pediatric diagnosis, growth monitoring, and developmental screening. Training or exposure to pediatric emergency care and resuscitation protocols. Experience or training in NICU/PICU settings, including ventilator management and critical care. Familiarity with national immunization programs (e.g., UIP, CoWIN). Strong communication skills and ability to connect with children and families. Ability to perform under pressure with accuracy and compassion. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and digital health platforms.
