
Nurse Trained in Developmental Pediatrics

**Role**: Provide comprehensive nursing care to children with developmental delays and assist therapists in achieving positive outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Support pediatricians and specialists in managing developmental care, therapy, and rehabilitation sessions.
Monitor growth and developmental milestones for NICU/PICU graduates with high-risk conditions.
Educate parents and caregivers on developmental delays, early interventions, and at-home care techniques.
Maintain accurate documentation of developmental assessments and therapy reports.
Coordinate with speech, occupational, and psychological therapists to ensure integrated care plans.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
GNM or B.Sc. Nursing with additional certification/training in Developmental Pediatrics or Pediatric Care.
Minimum **1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in NICU, PICU, or Pediatric wards**.
A deep understanding of neonatal development and post-ICU child care is an added advantage.
