**Role**: Ensure and uphold the highest standards of infection control across all departments, particularly in critical units like NICU and PICU.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop, implement, and monitor infection control protocols to safeguard patients, staff, and visitors.

Regularly conduct hygiene audits in the NICU, PICU, OT, and general wards.

Educate hospital staff on infection prevention and control measures.

Track and report hospital-acquired infections (HAIs) and identify trends to minimize risks.

Collaborate with the Quality Control team to achieve compliance with NABH and CGHS standards.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
B.Sc. Nursing or GNM with specialized certification or training in Infection Control.

Minimum **2-3 years of experience in NICU, PICU, or OT settings**.

Excellent understanding of sterilization protocols, handling bio-waste, and the use of PPE.
