Job Description: ICU Nurses and Ward Nurses

We are currently seeking highly skilled and compassionate ICU Nurses and Ward Nurses to join our dynamic healthcare team at Alam Hospital. As a nurse in our facility, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, including vital signs and symptoms.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Perform diagnostic tests, analyze results, and report findings to the medical team.
- Assist in emergency medical procedures and provide immediate interventions during crises.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Educate patients and their families about the care plan, medications, and post-discharge instructions.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Stay updated with the latest medical advancements, best practices, and regulations in nursing.

**Requirements**:

- Valid nursing license and relevant certifications.
- Previous experience in ICU or ward nursing preferred.
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of medical equipment and procedures.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Compassionate nature and dedication to providing patient-centered care.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
