  • Ensuring smooth functioning of the ICUs with maintaining all the TATs as mentioned in the processes.
  • Following up with nursing in charges of any problems regarding Pharmacy / Diagnostics / other services.
  • Resolve any issues of patients regarding their bills.
  • Ensuring that patients and attendants are aware of the medical status as well as the bill status of the patients.
  • To ensure regular departmental training
  • To create customer centric approach in the organization through various practices, awareness and training programs.
  • To ensure smooth operations of records department.
  • To comply with all the rules and regulations of the state with respect to the medical records-PNDT reports/MTP reports/infectious diseases reports/birth & death intimation etc.
