**Job Title: Medical Superintendent**

**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.
- Managing and supervising medical and administrative staff to optimize performance and ensure adherence to policies and protocols.
- Collaborating with department heads to develop and implement strategic plans for the hospital's growth and development.
- Monitoring financial performance and budgetary compliance to achieve financial objectives.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Handling patient feedback and resolving complaints effectively to enhance patient satisfaction.
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in healthcare delivery.

**Requirements**:

- MBBS degree with a Master's in Hospital Administration (MHA) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in a senior management role within a reputable corporate hospital setting, preferably with 250-300 beds.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Early availability for joining would be preferred.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
