**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough medical examinations and assessments of patients from newborns to adolescents.
- Diagnose and treat a variety of illnesses, infections, injuries, and other health issues.
- Provide specialized care in the NICU and PICU, managing critically ill newborns and children.
- Monitor growth and development and provide routine vaccinations.
- Offer guidance on nutrition, hygiene, and disease prevention.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing education and reassurance.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain detailed patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Participate in community awareness programs and hospital events.
- Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and integrate them into patient care.

**Qualifications**:

- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) in Pediatrics.
- Valid medical license to practice in India.
- Proven experience as a Pediatrician, preferably with expertise in NICU and PICU.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Advanced certifications in neonatal and pediatric intensive care are a plus.
