Job Description Job Description: Pre-Sales Consultant - Monitoring, Service Management, Asset Management and Observability Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and highly motivated Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team in Noida, India. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of monitoring, IT Asset and Service Management (ITAM), automation and observability solutions. He/She will work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify potential customers and will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to the sales team and customers, identifying their specific needs and requirements and proposing suitable solutions and services. Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers to understand their business challenges and requirements related to monitoring, ITSM, ITAM, Automation and observability. Solution Demonstration: Demonstrate our products and services to customers, highlighting their key features and benefits. Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to customers throughout the sales process. Proposal Development: Assist in the development of sales proposals, including technical specifications and pricing. Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers and partners. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role. Strong understanding of monitoring, Service Management, ITAM, and observability concepts and best practices. Experience with popular monitoring, ITAM, and observability tools and technologies (e.g., SolarWinds, Grafana, Splunk, ServiceNow, BMC Helix, Ansible, New Relic etc).
