Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Bhopal. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, building and maintaining strong customer connections, and addressing client needs effectively. The responsibilities include sourcing new clients, evaluating financial requirements, ensuring timely repayment of loans, resolving customer queries, and promoting the company's housing finance products. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure a smooth loan process and achieve business objectives. Qualifications - Proven ability in customer relationship management, customer service, and building lasting client relationships - Experience in loan assessment, financial analysis, and understanding housing finance products - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to identify new business opportunities, manage client portfolios, and meet sales targets - Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant software - Detail-oriented, goal-driven, and good time-management skills - Experience in the finance or housing industry is an advantage - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
