Job Description The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive client engagement. The role requires excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of the company’s products/services to meet client needs effectively. Requirements Key Responsibilities:   Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients. Act as the main point of contact for client queries, requests, and issue resolution Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, support) to deliver seamless service to clients Achieve set targets for client retention, revenue generation, and relationship growth Maintain accurate records of client communications and transactions in CRM systems Eligibility Criteria: Graduation with minimum 1 year of experience.
