Job Description We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to work with a leading advertising agency in Mumbai Job Summary: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and driving revenue growth for the agency. The role involves understanding client marketing needs, presenting creative communication solutions, and building long-term partnerships to strengthen the agency's market position. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with marketing and brand decision-makers. - Generate leads, prepare proposals, and deliver persuasive client presentations. - Understand client objectives and collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to develop effective campaigns. - Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. - Manage the entire business development cycle from prospecting to closing deals. - Maintain an updated pipeline and track sales performance. - Negotiate contracts and ensure timely project onboarding. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging marketing technologies. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. - 1-3 years of experience in business development or client servicing within an advertising, digital, or creative agency. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising concepts. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and presentation software. Preferred Skills: - Experience in digital marketing, media planning, influencer marketing, or creative campaigns. - Existing network of brand and marketing contacts. - Ability to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing clients.
