Tech/BBA/Bachelors. - Experience: 5-10 years sales experience. - Industry: Ceramics, Sanitaryware and allied industries - Required Skills: Good Communication skills, Business Acumen, Dealer network with respect to B2C Sales, Ability to manage the influencers, should have Sales Advisory approach, willingness to take on additional responsibilities, ability to work independently & as a part of a team in a fast paced environment. Job Description - Roles & Responsibilities - Manage the entire sales cycle (sales & collections) of the territory & channel assigned. - Dealer network sales-managing & appointing new sub-dealers in a given territory bycompleting all formalities. - Build relationships with dealers, influencers/ architects to drive sales initiatives to achieve business goals. - Identify new clients and generate business from existing clientele to achieve business targets. - Maintain relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business. - Manage customer-centric operations & ensure customer satisfaction by achieving delivery/ service quality norms. - Provide product training & support to channelpartners to ensure they havetheknowledge & resourcesto effectivelyspecify & sell our products. - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities & market conditions to identify new opportunities & threats.
