The ideal candidate will bring strong industry experience, a well-rounded business network, and provenexpertisein IT service sales. - You will play a key role inidentifyingnew business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, andadvising onstrategies to expand our client base across domestic and international markets. ROLE DETAILS Position:Business Development Consultant IT Engagement Type:Part-Time (34 hours/day) Experience:Minimum6+ years in IT Business Development or related roles Education:Bachelor's ormaster's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field Employment Type:Consultant (Part-Time/Freelancer) Role Category:Sales & Marketing / Business Growth KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in domestic and international IT markets. - Leverage professional networks and strategic channels toidentifyand generate qualified leads. - Build andmaintainlong-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. - Develop tailored business proposals and negotiation strategies to close deals. - Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals. - Providemarket insights, competitor analysis, and strategic input to enhance service positioning. - Mentor junior BD staff on communication, sales, and client engagement best practices. - Represent the company in networking events, webinars, and client meetings. REQUIREMENTS - Minimum6 years of proven experienceinIT business development or sales consulting. - Strong understanding of software development services, outsourcing models, and client acquisition channels. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Proven ability to generate revenue through strategic client partnerships. - Experiencehandling international clients across different time zones. - Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently. - Familiarity with CRM tools, lead management platforms, and proposal writing.
