About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities and grow our sales pipeline. This role will focus on managing and engaging leads from LinkedIn and email, building automation workflows to scale outreach, and directly communicating with prospects to move them toward qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate, manage, and nurture leads from LinkedIn and email campaigns.
- Engage directly with leads via calls, LinkedIn messaging, and email to build relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Build and optimize automation workflows for outreach, nurturing, and follow-up.
- Qualify prospects and set up sales meetings or demos for the senior sales team.
- Track, analyze, and report on lead performance and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated on sales and automation tools to continually improve efficiency.

Requirements

- Experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (B2B preferred).
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and CRMs.
- Skilled in direct communication with prospects (calls, LinkedIn, email).
- Experience with automation platforms (HubSpot, Apollo, Zapier, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

- Familiarity with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of AI-driven sales tools.
