Job Summary We're looking for a C Senior software developer to join the AI Firewall backend team. We're building a first-of-its-kind AI Firewall to protect applications using Large Language Models (LLMs). As a Java Developer, you'll help build the core backend services responsible for policy enforcement, real-time request analysis, and secure data handling. Responsibilities: - Design and develop scalable backend services in Java (Spring Boot) - Implement real-time request inspection and policy decision points - Integrate with LLM APIs, logging infrastructure, and enforcement components - Write unit, integration, and contract tests to ensure robustness - Collaborate with security researchers, architects, and platform engineers. Job Knowledge, Skill And Qualifications - BE, M.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent - 10 to 15 years as a Java software developer - Proficiency in SpringBoot, AWS, Kafka, Python, Linux and multi-threaded development. - Experience in developing performance oriented applications. - Experience in developing frequently released production code in a short cycled CI-CD environment - Good to have: - Background in AI/ML, Networking concepts such as TCP/UDP, HTTP, TLS etc. - Knowledge and experience with DDOS solutions At Thales we provide CAREERS and not only jobs.
