If you are passionate about AI, possess strong leadership skills, and are eager to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead a team of developers in the design and development of software applications using Java. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver technical solutions. - Implement Generative AI techniques, focusing on AI prompt and response generation. - Oversee code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices are followed. - Facilitate Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to enhance team efficiency. - Mentor and support junior developers in their professional growth. - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the software development landscape. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 8 to 11 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on Java. - Proven experience with Generative AI and proficiency in AI prompt and response techniques. - Solid understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and development processes. - Experience leading and mentoring software development teams. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on building positive relationships with clients and teams. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). - Knowledge of additional programming languages or technologies is a plus. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
