Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead - Senior Lead with a strong background in Drupal to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years and a maximum of 13 years of experience in IT, with proven expertise in leading technical teams and delivering high-quality projects. You will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence and innovation while ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of developers and engineers, providing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. - Design, develop, and implement scalable Drupal-based applications and solutions that meet client requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish timelines. - Ensure best practices in coding, performance optimization, and security standards are followed in all development efforts. - Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to enhance system performance and user experience. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Drupal and related technologies, and assess their potential impact on existing products and services. - Facilitate communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines. - Participate in project planning and estimation, helping to define technical roadmaps and strategies that align with business priorities. Required Skills and Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 10 to 13 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Drupal. - Proven experience in a technical leadership role, leading teams and managing projects from inception to delivery. - In-depth knowledge of PHP, MySQL, Drupal architecture, theming, and module development. - Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
