About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead (Full Stack) to guide our development team in designing, building, and delivering robust software solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the full technology stack with strong leadership capabilities and proven experience in Agile delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end software development using .NET / Java / Python and Angular frameworks.
  • Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews to the development team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Define best practices, coding standards, and ensure adherence to Agile methodologies.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement in system design and performance.
  • Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and effort estimation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of full-stack development experience with .NET / Java / Python backend and Angular frontend.
  • Strong expertise in designing RESTful APIs, microservices, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP preferred).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and project delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Exposure to DevOps tools and automation frameworks.
  • Prior experience working in healthcare or enterprise application domains (optional).
