Platform Research Associate: India The Verified Voices Team plays a critical role in enabling rapid data collection for time-sensitive client needs. Working within tight turnaround times, this team is responsible for programming and deploying surveys using Alchemer, a powerful online survey platform. The team functions similarly to the Pre-field team in terms of workflow, but operates exclusively in the evening-to-night shift to ensure 24/7 coverage and global client support. Shift timing : 10:30 PM - 7.30 AM ---------------------------------------- Key Responsibilities: - Survey Programming: Program surveys using Alchemer, ensuring accuracy, logic consistency, and adherence to client specifications. - Quality Checks: Conduct thorough internal testing and QC of surveys before launch to ensure functionality and usability across devices. - Real-Time Communication: Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., Survey Ops, Field, US team, Project Management) to clarify requirements and meet rapid timelines. - Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot issues during the survey build process and live launches with a problem-solving mindset. - Documentation: Maintain clear records of changes, entires related to projects, logic structures, and version history for each survey project. - Time Management: Handle multiple projects in a high-speed environment while ensuring timely and error-free delivery. - Cross-Team Alignment: Stay aligned with the US team processes and quality standards to ensure consistency across time zones. Skills & Requirements Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: computer science, statistics, or social sciences). - 0-2 years of experience in survey programming or a related role (Freshers with strong aptitude are encouraged to apply). - Familiarity with Alchemer or any survey scripting platform is a strong advantage. - Comfortable with late-evening/night shift hours. - Excellent attention to detail and logical thinking. - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and under pressure. ---------------------------------------- Preferred Skills: - Basic understanding of survey logic (skip patterns, piping, validation rules). - Exposure to tools like Excel, Slack, and project tracking systems. Familiarity with basic HTML or JavaScript (bonus, not mandatory).
