Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research Associate with strong AI knowledgeespecially on tools like ChatGPTand expertise in college research, academic analysis, and competition mapping. The ideal candidate will work closely with our curriculum, strategy, and operations teams to provide high-quality research insights that support product development, student programs, and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth research on AI tools, advancements, and best practices, with a focus on ChatGPT and AI. - Research and maintain updated databases on colleges, programs, admissions trends, and opportunities for student development. - Analyze competitions, Olympiads, hackathons, innovation challenges, and create structured reports for student engagement. - Prepare high-quality summaries, reports, briefs, and presentations for internal teams. - Support the development of AI-driven learning content and strategy. - Collaborate with different departments to ensure research aligns with company goals. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Education, Research, or a related field. - Strong understanding of AI tools, especially ChatGPT, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted workflows. - Excellent research skills ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information. - Strong written communication and documentation skills. - Ability to create structured research reports and present findings clearly. - Proficiency in using productivity and research tools (Google Workspace, Excel, Notion, etc.). - Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in academic/market research roles. - Exposure to EdTech or education-related fields. - Familiarity with global university systems and competitive exams. - Knowledge of data analytics or visualization tools is a plus.
