**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Investment Research Associate** to support our team in creating insightful, research-based content. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals passionate about finance and eager to develop expertise in investment research, content creation, and macroeconomic analysis. As a key contributor, you will conduct in-depth research, craft engaging content, and play an integral role in helping our audience make informed financial decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct fundamental research on Global markets, investment strategies, and macroeconomic trends with guidance from senior team members.
- Assist in preparing client portfolio analyses and identifying potential investment strategies.
- Build complex financial models and valuation spreadsheets to support investment research.
- Collaborate with the team to create and edit content, including newsletters, research briefs, and articles.
- Proofread and format content to ensure clarity and alignment with brand standards.
- Maintain and update the content knowledge base on web-based platforms.
- Monitor key market news and summarize findings for internal use and content creation.
- Support the creation of basic visuals, such as charts and graphs, using pre-defined templates or tools.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute ideas for content improvement.
- Occasional weekend work may be required based on business needs.

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business law, economics, journalism, or a related field.
- Progress in CFA program or similar credentials is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with financial modeling tools or training is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial concepts.
- Demonstrated research and analytical abilities.
- Passion for finance, investment strategies, and global markets.
- Familiarity with content tools or interest in learning platforms like Confluence is a plus.
