**Skill sets required**:

- Assessing pharmacokinetic properties at various stages of drug development.
- Managing both immortalized and primary cell lines, good cell culture practices. Knowledge for maintaining cell viability, passage, and banking.
- Permeability assays using cell lines such as CaCO2 and MDCK-MDR1. Familiarity with relevant assays and the ability to interpret permeability data will be advantageous.
- Protein binding, CYP induction using primary human hepatocytes (PHH), time-dependent CYP inhibition, and assessing metabolic stability in human liver microsomes (HLM) and hepatocytes from different species.
- Familiarity with assessing hERG inhibition using patch clamp techniques.
- The technical skills should include hands-on experience with relevant laboratory equipment and software used in ADME research. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation using tools such as LC-MS, HPLC, and other relevant platforms is expected.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines relevant to ADME studies is essential. You will play a key role in ensuring that all experiments are conducted in compliance with industry standards and regulatory expectations.
