India Foods Business is a full-service manufacturing and marketing unit comprising over 500 employees spread across over multiple locations across India Our strong suite of products includes the Pillsbury Betty Crocker Haagen-Dazs and Nature Valley brands in both direct-to-consumer and B2B channels across Retail Food Service and Bakeries Exports We combine the capabilities of a global enterprise with the entrepreneurial spirit and cultural awareness you would expect of a smaller local company Position Title Key Accounts Chef- BakeriesFunction Group SalesCountry INDIALocation MUMBAIRecommended Level Job Type Full timeRole Reports to Key Account ManagerGeographical Scope DomesticPercentage of travel required Approx 50 IndiaJob OverviewThe primary focus of this position will be supporting Bakeries initiatives focused in Mumbai West for Key Accounts This role is functionally a part of Bakeries Division and must work along with the Key Account Executives and Regional Chef Main Responsibilities List the primary duties responsibilities of the role and the approximate percentage of time spent on overreach area during the course of a year Percentages should add up to 100 Do not list any duties or responsibilities that require less than 5 of the roles time 100 External 80 o Presents General Mills as a strategic partner to leading Key accounts and build strong relationships with the technical team Chefs in the customers organizations o Lead discussion to build credibility with chef operator Uncover needs pain points and focus Assess BOH operational constraints and customer ways of working o Showcases General Mills Product Portfolio to Key accounts at their production facility o Assess customers menu for potential gaps and assess where GMI product solutions can be proposed o Cold calling Leveraging their network to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business o Ensures documentation of all developments to maintain partnership with customer is maintained o Coordinate and lead presentation of new items to existing customers o Create a basket selling strategy for sales team and cuisine selling approach Internal 20 o Aligns with sales plans and objectives of each key account o Organizes and conducts engagement productive trainings for Key account customers -
