We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Private Chef** to manage the culinary requirements of a private residence in Powai. The role focuses on preparing **healthy, balanced meals** with expertise in **Continental and South Indian cuisines**. The chef will work closely with the family to plan menus, ensure dietary needs are met, and maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and prepare daily meals for a family of 3, with a focus on healthy cuisine.
- Expertise in **Continental and South Indian dishes**; flexibility to adapt to other cuisines is an advantage.
- Create weekly menus considering nutritional balance and family preferences.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in the kitchen.
- Coordinate with 2 house helps available for kitchen assistance.
- Manage grocery planning, sourcing fresh ingredients, and maintaining stock.
- Present dishes in an appealing and professional manner.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Private Chef** or in premium hospitality/restaurant settings.
- Specialization in **healthy cooking styles, Continental, and South Indian cuisine**.
- Strong knowledge of nutrition, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
- Ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently with support staff.
- Professional, trustworthy, and able to maintain discretion.
- Flexible with timings based on family requirements.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Starting salary from **INR 65,000 per month** (depending on experience and expertise).
- Live-out position.
