Job Description Job Title: Sales Manager - Gifting (FMCG) Location: Bangalore Department: Sales & Business Development About Yogabar: Yogabar is one of India's fastest-growing FMCG brands in the health and wellness space, offering nutritious and delicious snack options. We are on a mission to revolutionize healthy eating by bringing high-quality, wholesome, and innovative products to our consumers. Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager - Gifting to lead and drive Yogabar's gifting segment. This role is responsible for expanding our corporate and institutional gifting portfolio, developing partnerships, and driving revenue growth in the B2B gifting sector. Key Responsibilities: - Gifting Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to grow Yogabar's gifting business, focusing on corporate, institutional, and festive gifting opportunities. - Business Development: Identify and onboard potential clients, including corporates, HORECA, event planners, and bulk buyers, to drive bulk gifting sales. - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, and corporate clients to ensure repeat business. - Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and emerging opportunities in the FMCG gifting space. - Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of gifting campaigns and customized packaging solutions. - Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by driving revenue through new business acquisition and existing client retention. - Seasonal & Festive Campaigns: Plan and execute gifting campaigns for key festive seasons, corporate events, and bulk orders. - Pricing & Negotiation: Develop pricing strategies, handle negotiations, and finalize deals that align with company objectives. Key Requirements: - Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in corporate gifting, institutional sales, or bulk sales. - Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the gifting market, corporate sales cycles, and B2B sales processes. - Networking & Relationship Building: Proven track record of building and managing corporate client relationships. - Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to capitalize on gifting opportunities. - Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate and close high-value deals. - Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Self-motivated & Target-Driven: Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets within deadlines.
