Are you looking to join a company where your contributions truly matter and where you ll be part of a supportive innovative team MMS is a award-winning data-focused clinical research organization CRO We pride ourselves on being a Great Place to Work certified organization recognized for our exceptional culture and industry best employee retention rate We support the pharmaceutical biotech and medical device industries with our proven scientific approach to complex trial data and regulatory submission challenges With a global footprint across four continents MMS not only maintains an industry-leading customer satisfaction rating but also fosters a collaborative and inclusive work environment where employees can thrive Join us at MMS and be part of a team that is shaping the future of clinical research Discover more about our exciting opportunities and why MMS is a great place to advance your career Visit or follow MMS on Business Development Marketing Specialist Responsibilities Support cross-functional sales and marketing teams by managing diverse tasks optimizing processes and driving alignment across departments to improve operational effectiveness Effectively and efficiently organizes and maintains records related to contacts leads meetings follow-up tasks and client campaign specific deliverables in various trackers including Microsoft Dynamics CRM K-drive HubSpot and any other tools as required Proficient with MS Office and Sales Applications Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Gains proficiency with Dynamics 365 CRM GlobalData Zymewire LinkedIn Sales Navigator as applicable and other sales tools as applicable Reviews the competitor environment and produces commercial rationale for various competitor product and service propositions Design set up and execute personalized marketing campaigns using Dynamics 365 and HubSpot including audience segmentation email workflows analytics tracking and lead management Researches potential leads and obtains additional information on clients or on the needs of partner organizations Identifies commercial opportunities via industry insights internet searches analysts reports etc Represents MMS as a trusted partner to others Researches potential leads and obtains additional information on clients or on the needs of partner organizations Undertakes reach-outs via email and phone calls with prospects with the objective of setting up capabilities meeting with the field based sales team Such reach outs will be based on templates and coaching from Line Manager etc on external communication Identifies contacts leads to match Ideal Client Profile ICP defined by Line Manage to support Account Based Marketing campaigns and targeted sales outreach Supports other tasks as required to further the goals of dynamic marketing and commercial team including content event management and digital campaigns Job Requirements This is a hybrid-based role requiring you to be in the Bangalore office two days per week College graduate in a Business-related discipline or related field experience Minimum of 3 years experience in a Business Development or similar lead generation role in a Pharma Biotech or CRO space or similar field required Proficiency with MS Office applications Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools - HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics Experience with data enrichment tools - ZoomInfo Zymewire etc Hands-on experience with clinical trial and pharmaceutical development preferred Good communication skills and willingness to work with others to clearly understand needs and solve problems Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work in US and UK Europe time zones for stakeholder meetings and reach-outs as far as possible Good organizational skills and ability to work within set deadlines Basic understanding of CROs and scientific clinical data terminology the drug development process Please consider your application unsuccessful if we do not reach out to you within 14 days of your submission
