About Us Wrap2Earn Technologies Pvt Ltd is an 8-year-old Out-Of-Home OOH advertising agency specializing in cab branding through our flagship brand Wrap2Earn We have executed 400 campaigns for 300 clients across 42 cities in India In 2021 we launched LytAds installing digital taxi screens in Mumbai to deliver real-time location-based ad services executing 100 campaigns to date Recently we introduced BuzzOmni providing clients with 360- media solutions Role Overview We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Manager to lead and scale our inside sales team You will combine strategic oversight with hands-on support mentoring your team driving conversions and stepping in to close high-value deals when needed Key Responsibilities 1 Team Leadership Coaching Recruit train and mentor Inside Sales Executives Conduct one-on one coaching sessions providing actionable feedback Support executives on critical accounts to increase closure rates 2 Deal Conversion Enablement Review pipelines prioritize accounts and build conversion strategies Close high-value or complex deals alongside the team Guide executives on objection handling negotiation and consultative selling 3 Sales Performance Management Track KPIs lead conversion closures revenue per executive using CRM Identify bottlenecks and take corrective actions Celebrate wins and address underperformance proactively 4 Sales Process Optimization Refine scripts cadences and workflows with the Sales Excellence team Standardize best practices and reinforce them through training 5 Meeting Leadership Reporting Lead weekly sales meetings and pipeline reviews Generate reports on pipeline status forecasts and team performance Share market insights to influence product and marketing strategies 6 Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with Marketing on lead quality and targeting Coordinate with Operations Customer Success for smooth onboarding Key Requirements - 3-6 years of inside sales experience including 1 years in a managerial role - Proven track record in closing small-to-mid-sized deals and supporting team success - Strong coaching and leadership skills able to step in during client interactions - Proficient in CRM tools Salesforce Zoho HubSpot and analytics - Data-driven with strong grasp of metrics and reporting - Excellent communication skills and a client-first approach - Comfortable in a fast-paced target-driven environment Why Join Us - Lead a dynamic inside sales team in a growing OOH media company - Exposure to diverse campaigns and clients across India - Opportunity to shape processes drive conversions and grow with the company - Location Mumbai- Experience 3-6 years- Job Type Full-time- Working Hours 9 30 AM - 6 30 PM ref updazz com
