We are looking for a skilled and experienced Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. This role requires expertise in Salesforce CRM and CPQ to ensure the smooth execution of sales processes and alignment with strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality in all sales operations deliverables, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Strategic Alignment: Align the team's efforts with the strategic priorities of our US-based sales operations, ensuring cohesive execution of company goals.
- Liaison Role: Act as the primary liaison between the offshore execution team and US-based sales leads, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.
- Salesforce CRM & CPQ Expertise: Utilize Salesforce CRM and CPQ to manage and optimize sales processes, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing guidance and support to drive continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales operations management, with a strong background in Salesforce CRM and CPQ.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales operations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
