Role Summary:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly collaborative Sales Operations Specialist / Quote Support Analyst to support our Sales and Partner teams in the creation, management, and modification of quotes and deal structures. This individual will act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring a smooth and accurate quote-to-order process.
- This role requires strong process knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional requests and escalations with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for quote-related requests from Juniper Sales, Partners, and Distributors.
- Create, update, and manage complex quotes in alignment with Juniper policies and procedures.
- Support the end-to-end sales cycle including quote generation, opportunity tracking, and documentation.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to support assigned opportunities.
- Interface with cross-functional teams such as Logistics, Order Management, Customer Support, and Finance to resolve quote/order issues and escalations.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for quoting tools, processes, and systems.
- Escalate process issues and customer challenges to the appropriate teams or leadership when needed.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives and documentation.
- Participate in or lead special projects focused on automation, efficiency, and operational scalability.
- Support training and onboarding of new team members and act as a backup to senior staff when required.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-6 years of experience in sales operations, order management, or quote support roles within the tech or networking industry.
- Strong experience in quote creation, deal structuring, and opportunity lifecycle management.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to interact effectively across global teams.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce), CPQ tools, or ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to handle escalations calmly and professionally.
- Project management experience or certification is a plus.
-Experience managing stakeholders across sales, operations, and customer service is desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting technology sales in a B2B enterprise environment.
- Understanding of distribution and partner channel sales models.
- Knowledge of order management and fulfillment processes.
- Familiarity with AI or networking industry terms and workflows is an advantage.
- People management or team leadership experience is a plus.
