Job Description Company Description Ergen Plastic Industries provides solutions for Material Handling Plastic Pallets for Warehouse Storage and Export Cargo. Additionally, we offer solutions for Secondary Containment for Storage of Drums and IBCs, boasting the largest range of Drum Spill Pallets in India. Our focus is on delivering economical and efficient solutions for secondary containment to meet the diverse needs of our customers. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Jodhpur for a Sales Professional. The Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth. The day-to-day tasks include preparing sales pitches, conducting market research, maintaining client records, and following up on leads. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets. Qualifications - Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills - Experience in Sales Planning, Market Research, and Customer Relationship Management - Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field - Previous experience in the plastic or material handling industry is an advantage - Strong organizational and time-management skills
