Job Description Job Summary: The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing human resources operations and general administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. This role includes recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, attendance management, and overall office administration. ******* This Job is night shift************ Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding - Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions (especially for AR callers, billing, coding, etc.). - Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads. - Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain employee records. - Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs. 2. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance - Manage attendance, leaves, and maintain employee timesheets. - Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly salary processing. - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other labor laws. - Maintain employee data in HRMS and ensure record accuracy. 3. Employee Relations & Engagement - Address employee queries and grievances professionally. - Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events. - Support the HR Manager in implementing HR policies and performance reviews. 4. Office Administration - Handle procurement of office supplies, ID cards, and stationery. - Maintain vendor relationships (housekeeping, IT support, security, etc.). - Ensure proper maintenance of office infrastructure and equipment. - Oversee facility management and general administrative support. 5. Documentation & Reporting - Maintain employee files, HR trackers, and MIS reports. - Prepare monthly HR dashboards (new joiners, exits, attendance summary, etc.). - Support audits and ensure proper documentation of HR and admin functions. Key Skills & Competencies: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Knowledge of HRMS software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Basic understanding of Indian labor laws and HR compliance. - Positive attitude and team spirit. Educational Qualification: - Bachelor's Degree (BBA, B.Com, or equivalent). - MBA or PG Diploma in HR preferred.
