
HR Administration Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all data is accurate and compliant with company policies and legal regulations.
- Support new hire onboarding processes, including preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees.
- Assist in processing payroll information and benefits enrollment, including liaising with finance and benefits providers.
- Recruitment Support: Coordinate job postings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist with recruitment efforts for open positions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies by maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation (e.g., contracts, certifications, and other HR-related documents).
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and administrative processes.
- Utilize HR software to track employee information, generate reports, and support other HR initiatives.
- Assist in organizing HR-related events, such as training sessions, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.
- Prepare regular HR reports and assist with HR metrics, analytics, and special projects.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years in HR administration or a related HR role.
- Effective communication in both Hindi and English is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of HR functions and practices, including payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- High accuracy and attention to detail in managing employee records and handling sensitive information.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address HR-related issues effectively and in a timely manner
