Receptionist/administrator

**We are currently looking for a Receptionist for work with our client a Famouse Advertisement Agency based in Chennai.**
**Immediate Joiners are given more preference.**
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate parties
necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional image
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule and manage conference room bookings
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Basic Degree in any department.
- 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a customer service-oriented attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using office equipment, including multi-line phone systems and computer
software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Professional appearance and conduct
