Role & responsibilities
- Company: Research & Project Development Company (R&D)
- Recruitment: Direct company hiring (not a consultancy)
- Salary: Starting from 15k/20k/25k
- Eligibility: Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment and administration is mandatory.
Recruitment:-
- Handle the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee joining formalities, employee induction, and documentation.
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter / Admin or similar role.
- The candidate should possess a positive attitude along with strong presentation and convincing skills
- Ability to work independently, multitask effectively, prioritize tasks, and manage confidential information with integrity.
Admin:-
- Handling general admin duties as well replenishing our Client Requirements.
- Maintain HR databases, employee records, and recruitment trackers.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of Clients.
Must demonstrate a positive work attitude and take initiative in client problem-solving.
In-Person Interview & Job, Location - T.Nagar (Chennai).
- Joining - Immediate Joining
- Office hours AM to 07.00 PM & 10.30 AM to 08.00 PM
