Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Maintenance

- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of plant machinery
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Maintain production equipment such as conveyors, robotic arms, welding machines, and assembly tools
- Assist in installation and commissioning of new machinery

Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repairs
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with plant standards
- Support audits and inspections by preparing relevant documentation

Technical Support

- Use diagnostic tools and instruments to identify faults
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve equipment issues
- Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements

Inventory & Tools

- Manage spare parts inventory and request replacements as needed
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and safety gear

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Automobile Engineering
- Basic knowledge of PLCs, motors, sensors, and industrial automation
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- Familiarity with TPM, 5S, and Kaizen practices
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency breakdowns
