Position Overview

The Junior Technician will be responsible for assisting in the repair, servicing, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment under the supervision of senior technicians. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to gain practical industry exposure and develop technical skills in the automobile/mechanical field.

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior technicians in performing routine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment.

Support in conducting inspections and reporting faults or abnormalities in machines or vehicles.

Operate tools, machines, and diagnostic equipment under guidance.

Learn and adhere to standard operating procedures and safety practices.

Perform basic tasks such as cleaning parts, assembling components, and preparing materials for repair work.

Document work completed and assist in maintaining service records.

Ensure cleanliness and discipline in the workshop area.

Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and skills.

Essential Qualifications

Diploma or ITI in Mechanical (fresher candidates are encouraged to apply).

Basic understanding of mechanical systems, components, and tools.

Willingness to learn and work under the supervision of senior technicians.
