The key role of a Collision Repair Consultant is to act as the liaison between customers and our body shop team. This position requires strong technical knowledge in automobile repair processes and excellent customer service skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately record vehicle repair requirements with customers.
  • Inspect vehicles with customers to identify dents, damages, and accident-related repair needs.
  • Provide professional advice on repair solutions, paint matching, parts replacement, and timelines.
  • Prepare job cards, cost estimates, and explain repair procedures to customers in detail.
  • Coordinate with technicians and painters to ensure timely and accurate repair work.
  • Regularly update customers on repair progress, delivery timelines, and any changes in cost estimates.
  • Conduct final inspections to ensure all repairs meet quality standards before delivery.
  • Handle customer queries and ensure effective issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of all repair activities.
  • Contribute to achieving revenue targets by promoting additional repair services.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Degree in Automobile Engineering or related field preferred.
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automobile industry (Body Shop segment highly recommended).
  • Strong understanding of vehicle repair, denting, and painting processes.
