Automobile Maintenance Technician

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment as an Automobile Maintenance Technician.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance of plant machinery, as well as troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and maintain production equipment such as conveyors, robotic arms, welding machines, and assembly tools.
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve equipment issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repairs.
  • Familiarize yourself with TPM, 5S, and Kaizen practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Automobile Engineering.
  • Basic knowledge of PLCs, motors, sensors, and industrial automation.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency breakdowns.
