Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Automotive Service Professional to be the key point of contact between our customers and the workshop team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for automobiles, and strong organizational abilities to manage service schedules, customer follow-ups, and service documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Meet with customers to understand their vehicle service needs.
  2. Provide accurate service estimates and timelines.
  3. Coordinate between customers and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  4. Follow up with customers on service progress and post-service satisfaction.
  5. Manage accurate service records and coordinate appointments.
  6. Promote additional services and genuine spare parts when appropriate.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in an automotive service advisory role or customer service in the automotive industry.
  • Good understanding of premium car brands.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, customer-centric, and solution-oriented.
  • Passion for automobiles and eagerness to learn.
