Key Responsibilities 1. Client Relationship Management - Build and nurture long-term client partnerships 1. Onboarding & Adoption - Ensure smooth onboarding, accelerate time-to-value, and drive adoption 1. Account Reviews & Growth - Conduct business reviews, track KPIs, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities 1. Customer Advocacy - Represent customer feedback internally to product and engineering teams 1. Problem Resolution - Proactively address challenges in partnership with support/product teams 1. Training & Enablement - Deliver workshops, training sessions, and resources for clients 1. Data-Driven Insights - Analyze usage data to track engagement, identify risks, and recommend strategies 1. Renewals & Retention - Partner with account management to secure renewals and expansion revenue 1. Growth Consulting & Strategy - Advise clients on strategic initiatives to maximize business outcomes Candidate Profile: Experience: 3–5 years in Growth, Account Management, Consulting, SaaS, supply chain/logistics tech, or Expansion Sales Knowledge: Strong understanding of supply chain operations and customer lifecycle management Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving; ability to work cross-functionally Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred) Culture & Opportunity - Be part of building the future of autonomous supply chains - Work in a fast-growing, innovative, and globally recognized AI-native platform
