Mission of the Role:

1. HyperVerge aims to achieve $50M ARR within the next 3 years

2. The US market is the most critical geography in this journey. Role of BDR will be to drive the 0-to-1 motion in the US for different business lines and establish a strong foothold for HyperVerge

What's in it for the right candidate:

1. Work directly with the Co-founders & Strategy Head during the 0-to-1 phase

2. Build and scale the US GTM function for HyperVerge in the 1-to-N phase

Outcomes Expected:

1. Build Target Lists: Use market research and account insights to create prospect lists aligned with HyperVerge's Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)

2. Run Cold Outreach: Execute multi-channel outreach (email, calls, social, etc.) to engage prospects and generate interest using outreach tools

3. Qualify Leads: Assess & qualify prospects based on ICP fit and business needs related to identity verification

4. Drive Demos: Partner with Account Executives to schedule demos for qualified leads and ensure a smooth handoff (PQO to SQO)

5. Use Automation Tools: Leverage sales automation platforms to manage outreach campaigns, boost efficiency, and scale prospecting efforts

6. Hit Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified leads and booked demos, contributing to pipeline and revenue growth

7. Manage CRM: Keep CRM data clean and updated; track and report key performance metrics

8. Refine Strategies: Test and improve prospecting and qualification strategies through regular experimentation and analysis

9. Upskill Continuously: Stay current with industry trends, adopt best practices, and contribute to improving the sales development process

Competencies/Requirements of the Role:

1. 2+ years of Business Development experience in US Outbound in B2B SaaS

2. Hustler mindset with the ability to effectively execute the 0-to-1 journey

3. Bonus: Previous experience in Fintech or related industries

4. Excellent written and verbal communication via phone, email and in-person meeting

5. Candidate based in Bangalore/ willing to relocate to Bangalore
