Key Responsibilities - Analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics to support recruitment, retention, and cost optimization efforts. - Execute HR analytics projects for talent acquisition, capacity building, leadership, engagement, and process improvement. - Present recommendations using executive presentations, briefings, reports, and data storytelling to HR and business leaders. - Collaborate with HR business partners, talent acquisition, and internal stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver analytics solutions. Required Skills - Qualification: MBA (HR) - 46 years of professional experience in HR analytics, HRIS analysis, or related roles - Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, other functionalities), PowerPoint and data visualization tools (such as Power BI). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable interpreting large data sets and presenting findings. - Excellent communication and data storytelling abilities for both technical and non-technical audiences. - Adaptability to fast-paced environments and ability to work with diverse teams Qualifications - MBA (HR) Additional Information At our organization, we are committed to fighting against all forms of discrimination.
