Job Title Data Architect B2B SaaS Location Delhi India Compensation 83 LPA 110 LPA Based on Experience Company Type Well-funded B2B SaaS Product Organization Employment Type Full-time On-site About the Role We are looking for an accomplished Data Architect to lead and scale our data infrastructure empowering high-performance analytics and product innovation across a fast-growing SaaS environment The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in data engineering backend architecture and cloud platforms along with proven experience in leading data engineering teams within high-growth product companies Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Data Engineers fostering technical excellence and growth Architect and optimize scalable reliable and cost-efficient data infrastructure Design and enforce data governance security and compliance best practices GDPR SOC2 etc Collaborate cross-functionally to define and execute a robust data roadmap Build and maintain high-performance ETL and data processing pipelines using Big Data frameworks Partner with Product and Engineering teams to enable real-time analytics and insights Drive technical innovation and continuous improvement in data architecture and systems Ideal Candidate Profile 10 12 years of experience in software data engineering with 3 years in leadership roles Proven experience in large-scale data-heavy product companies Hands-on development experience in Java preferred Python Node JS or GoLang Expertise in big data ecosystems Spark Hadoop Kafka Hive Airflow Presto HDFS YARN etc Strong understanding of cloud platforms AWS GCP or Azure and data warehousing Snowflake Redshift BigQuery Proficient in HLD LLD design scalable system architecture and design patterns Spring Boot Google Guice Strong grasp of SQL Python Scala and distributed data systems Experience in NoSQL databases Redis Cassandra MongoDB TiDB Familiarity with DevOps and automation tools Docker Kubernetes Jenkins Grafana Ansible Exceptional communication leadership and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in machine learning infrastructure or MLOps Exposure to real-time data analytics and streaming systems Tier-1 educational background IITs preferred Prior experience building data systems from 0 1 in startups or high-scale SaaS environments Preferred Companies Hevo Data Mixpanel Segment MoEngage WebEngage Netcore Cloud RudderStack CleverTap Actyv ai Zarget Vizury DataArchitect DataEngineering BigData SaaSJobs TechLeadership CloudArchitecture AWS GCP Azure Spark Kafka Hadoop DataGovernance Snowflake Redshift BigQuery EngineeringManager JavaDeveloper PythonDeveloper NodeJS TechJobsIndia DelhiJobs NowHiring LeadDataEngineer ProductCompany
